Retention of Biometric Information
In some cases, we collect and retain biometric information about you in conjunction with the services iProov provides to its customers. Unless retention is required by law or legal process, iProov will retain your biometric information only until (a) the initial purpose for which iProov collected your biometric information has been fulfilled, or (b) three years following your last interaction with iProov through its customer(s), whichever comes first.
